The candidate will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring a positive environment for customers. The main goal will be to contribute to the efficiency and overall success of our operations.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li> Process all receipts (paying-in slip, cheques) in customer accounts.</li><li> Deposit receipts in bank on a daily basis.</li><li> Ensure clearance of AR queries.</li><li> Ensure daily monitoring of bank statements and balances (hard and soft).</li><li> Ensure daily paying-in slip control and accounting entries in customer accounts </li><li> Ensure follow up on bounced check and drafts and inform concerned businesses on time.</li><li> Ensure cash voucher filing.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key Challenges</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.</li><li>Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure that any discrepancies are reported immediately.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and responding to their queries in a courteous manner.</li><li>Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.</li><li>Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashiering area.</li><li>Conduct daily reconciliation of cash and credit card sales.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security and operational procedures to prevent fraud and theft.</li><li>Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives at the service station.</li></ul><p></p>
